This post covers three ways which you can recover your valuable files / stuff from an infected flash drives and SD cards

Open, look for the infected storage and click recover.
Method 2
Using CMD
Follow these steps:
Plug the flash drive or SD card that you want to recover to computer and go to This PC or My Computer to note the drive’s letter.
Press Windows +R, type cmd and press enter, or you can go to Start>>All Programs>>Accessories>>Command Prompt. Or you can search cmd in the search box of your PC.
Type your drive’s letter + colon and press enter. In my case, it is “E” so it should be something like this E:. Now type attrib -s -h -r /s /d and hit enter again.
Go back to you flash drive or memory card, all things being equal, you should see all the files that where hidden due to virus infections.
It is recommended that you scan your PC for virus after doing this.
Method 3
View all the content in the drive by opening all hidden files.
