Mr. Olympia's main event took place on Saturday in Las Vegas, and the result was no surprise with Phil Heath taking home the title for the sixth consecutive year.
The field was thinner coming into tonight with theannouncement last month that three-time Mr. Olympia runner-up Kai Greene would not be competing.
That did give Heath a clearer path to his sixth straight victory, though he still had to contend with Dexter Jackson looking for a return to the winner's circle and Shawn Rhoden looking to improve upon last year's third-place finish.

Heath is a true dynasty in bodybuilding. The 36-year-old has won nine titles between Mr. Olympia, Sheru Classic and Arnold Classic Europe since 2011.

Before the event got underway, Jackson tweeted out the music he was listening to that got him in the right mindset to win another Mr. Olympia title:

Heath was the story once again, but he was not alone on the stage.Rhoden was able to make a move up the leaderboard, finishing in second place for the first time in his career. That's not a bad trend for a 41-year-old.
Right behind Rhoden in the final standings was Jackson, who showed obvious disappointment when he was announced as the third-place finisher.
Despite finishing lower than he wanted to, Jackson has had an excellent late-career renaissance. After dropping to fifth place in the standings in 2013 and 2014, the 46-year-old has posted back-to-back top-three finishes in Mr. Olympia.
But this night, as it has each of the last six years, belonged to Heath. There hasn't been anyone to rise up and challenge him so far, and he's still in the prime of his career and putting him on track to become the first seven-time Mr. Olympia since Ronnie Coleman next year.
